One of the most iconic looks of the night goes to the multi-hyphenate Latina queen, Jennifer Lopez. She stunned in the AMAs photo booth with a silver two-piece ensemble by fashion house Balmain. She paired it with a matching clutch and the debut of her short haircut.
Dua Lipa on the Red Carpet
Though she wasn’t able to attend the ceremony in person, Dua Lipa accepted her award virtually from Royal Albert Hall in London. Her first look sees the pop superstar clad in a starfish-inspired minidress from Versace, paired with a plethora of hair clips in her long brown hair, styled to perfection. Lipa was honored with Best Pop/Rock Song for her nostalgic smash hit “Don’t Start Now.”
Dua Lipa While Performing “Levitating”
For her performance, Dua Lipa sang “Levitating,” a fan favorite from her latest album Future Nostalgia. Her look for this consisted of a sky-blue Versace minidress with coordinating heels and eyeshadow, making her sparkle in a sea of galactic proportions. Toward the end of her performance, Lipa was, quite literally, levitating above the stage, blasting off into a cloud of neon.
Maluma
Colombian hit maker and heartthrob Maluma was clad from head to toe in a stylish navy blue three-piece suit from Thom Browne. He joined Lopez to perform their hit songs “Pa Ti” and “Lonely” from their upcoming film, Marry Me.
Cara Delevingne
Clad in a Dolce & Gabbana suit, presenter Cara Delevingne sparkled and shimmered under the lens of the AMAs photo booth. Promoting Carnival Row, the show she stars in and executive produces, Delevingne presented the award for Favorite Song – Pop/Rock.
Shawn Mendes While Performing
On the eve of the premiere of his Netflix Documentary, Shawn Mendes: In Wonder, Mendes graced the AMAs stage for not one, but two performances: One to perform the now-viral hit “Monster“ with fellow Canadian pop artist Justin Bieber and once more to perform the title track from his upcoming album Wonder. For the latter performance, he wore the silk shirt and black slacks combo, created by Dolce & Gabbana.

Global sensations BTS took the AMAs stage to perform a new track, “Life Goes On,” from their new album BE. For their performance, they were clad in colorful and unique garments. The band received the titles of Favorite Social Artist and Favorite Duo or Group – Pop/Rock.

Becky G won the newly created award for Favorite Female Artist – Latin and gave an empowering speech about honoring her American and Mexican roots. To accept the award, she wore this stunning, lush white gown from Ralph&Russo.

The actress and model made her red carpet debut with new beau Machine Gun Kelly, presenting his performance with Travis Barker at the show. She was stunning in an emerald green ensemble from Balmain, which highlighted her eyes and gave her an extra boost of confidence.
